This charming  3br Condo is a great affordable choice for the small family and big enough for Grandma and Grandpa to come along, too.  This unit is located on the end with more privacy than other units in the complex, yet still very close to the beach and all the amenities offered within Starboard.

Lower level unit with wonderful views of inlet off of the nice balcony deck.  

The condo is fully equipped and includes washer/dryer and dishwasher, stainless appliances, and granite countertops.  The balcony deck is nice-sized with deck furniture.  There is also a second min-deck on the side of this end unit.  

The Starboard by the Sea condo complex has a section that is on the beach and has an ocean front pool that is a part of the complex.  This unit is an easy walk (700 hundred yards) from the beach and a nice 5-10 minute walk.  The unit has room to park 2 cars underneath (in shade).

If you play tennis, this is one of the best choices on the island, with 3 convenient tennis courts.  The tennis courts are just a few steps away from the condo building (less than 50 yards)

In addition to the ocean front swimming pool, there is a second pool near the condo just a few minutes' walk away.

The owners include access to their ground level owners closet where there are beach chairs and toys for their guests.  A nice extra touch not offered in many of the units. 

Located about 1 mile from the small central business district, it is a nice walk to town, yet, is very quiet and peaceful.
