Upper level unit with wonderful views from the kitchen table and the nice balcony deck.  

The condo is fully equipped and includes washer/dryer and dishwasher  The balcony deck is nice-sized with deck furniture.  There is also a second min-deck on the side of this end unit.  

The Starboard by the Sea condo complex has a section that is on the beach and has an ocean front pool that is a part of the complex.  This unit is an easy walk (700 hundred yards) from the beach and a nice 5-10 minute walk.  The unit has room to park 2 cars underneath (in shade).

If you play tennis, this is one of the best choices on the island, with 3 convenient tennis courts.  The tennis courts are just a few steps away from the condo building (less than 50 yards)

In addition to the ocean front swimming pool, there is a second pool near the condo just a couple minutes' walk away (the nearest pool is only 50 yards away from the unit) 

Located about 1 mile from the small central business district, it is a nice walk to town, yet, is very quiet and peaceful.
