Things to know about spring pricing:

• Published pricing on this web site (and with the real estate companies) is generally based on the property being fairly full.  If you have a smaller group, and want to rent one of these wonderful places, we will in most cases lower the price.  The large companies cannot do this.  
• We can beat the large companies by 10-20% in almost every case.  We can beat the other direct people by 10% in almost every case.  The homeowners on this page will lower their price to beat the competition, if verified by published on-line pricing.
• Some of our property owners are more aggressive than others with their pricing.  The same is true of the large companies.  Since the owners set their prices, this is why you can see a variety of prices for the same essential type of place.  When we work with you, we will honestly help you find the best value.  No hidden agendas.
• The published prices on this web site are already the best on the island.  We can sometimes do better, on occasion, on short notice bookings, if we are open, or if you can document a better price elsewhere.
• Self Cleaning allowed in non-peak times (on occasion).  When we do require cleaning, or add-on for cleaning is lower than the real estate companies for similar properties.
• We want to make you a deal you cannot refuse.  We  hope you give us a try and give us a chance to do a good job for you.
