UNDER THE LAW, ALL GOLF CARTS AT OCEAN ISLE MUST BE STREET LEGAL AND OPERATED ONLY BY LICENSED DRIVERS. BEING STREET LEGAL INCLUDES TAG, BLINKERS, BRAKE LIGHTS, HORN, AND SEAT BELTS, PLUS SEVERAL OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
