32 NEWPORT, CANAL WATERFRONT HOME

SLEEPS 11, APPROX 1500 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE.

The back of this home is directly fronted on a canal waterway.  These canals are manmade.  Some of the older canals have natural edges, and the newer ones have nicer concrete sides to them.  32 Newport is on one of the concrete canals.  The concrete canals have good channel depth, and can handle boat travel, even at low tide. This canal waterway is tied into the intercoastal waterway a short distance away.  At Ocean Isle Beach, there is a "beach access"  street every several blocks.  Newport Street is one of the "beach access"  streets, so the walk to the beach is a straight shot from the house of approximately 450 yards.   The home is located on the side of the canal (even numbered homes) that gets morning sun and afternoon shade on the waterside deck of the home (you will appreciate this in the summer).  The home is located in the central part of the island, 8 blocks from the main island road, far enough to have the peace and quiet, but very walkable (or short bike ride) from the house to the island pavilion, stores, pier, waterslide, and other attractions in the small business district of Ocean Isle.  

This home is very nicely furnished.  Everything is modern, fresh, and clean.   The home is not luxurious, as its goal is "casual comfort".  It is beachy and bright.  Everything about its setup is intended to make a family vacation more enjoyable, easier, and to make this a fun house that provides exceptional value for our guests vacation dollars. 

This unit is NO SMOKING, NO PETS, and HOUSE PARTIES  are not permitted.
