Waterfront home in Cornelius, NC, at Lake Norman.  Very convenient to Charlotte, located 2 miles from the exit 28 ramp in Cornelius.  This is the Lake Norman Chrysler exit.  To get to this property go down Torrence Chapel road, then Country Club Dr.

This 2br-2ba house has a maximum occupancy of 7 (overnight).  No House Parties (never more than 10 on grounds at any time).  We rent to families and other responsible adult groups.   No Smoking and No Pets.

This property is set up nicely as a second  home that the owners rent occasionally, not a rental that is not frequented by absentee owners.  This owner is very active in the upkeep of the property and keeps it in tip-top shape.

This home is approximately 1300 s.f. on a 1/3 acre lot, with an expansive back yard.  The master bedroom has a private bath and king bed.  The second bedroom has a bunk set, plus an extra twin bed.  There is a large covered porch on the back of the house, and a nice sun room as well.  In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, there is a wet bar and a free standing ice maker.  This home is nicely furnished and up-to-date.  It is casual and comfortable.

This home has a private dock, with a great setting on a nice cove off of the main channel.  The large covered sitting area and picnic table at the top of the dock walkway are nice features of this property.
