Weekend rentals have a $495 minimum charge (Fri 10AM-Sun3PM).  2 night weekend may be considered, but maid service would be an extra charge at $90.

Sales tax of 11% is extra.  End of week sanitary maid service is required during summer months.  Self cleaning may be allowed in off-season.  Linens and towels are provided.  There are no other extra charges.

Enjoy Waterfront at Lake Norman.  Completely renovated in 2002, this A frame home is wonderful for year-round enjoyment. The house has a lower level great room with glass doors opening onto the patio and is complete with television, VCR, full bath and bedroom with 2 twin bunks. The laundry room is also on the lower level.

The main level has a large master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, the kitchen and dining areas as well as the living room. The living room opens onto an expansive deck with cove, waterfront views and contains DVD player and cable television.  The top floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and waterfront balcony and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level has a nice sitting area, including a foldout futon double sofa.  On the water, you can relax on the two level floating dock with extensive decking for main channel viewing or grab a book on the stationary deck closer to shore. Deep water, year round access and a wonderful quiet cove location make this home perfect for weekend and family retreats.

Hardwood floors, new carpet, countertop and appliances (including washer/dryer and dishwasher) have been installed since 2002. A water system for the well has been installed and the house has central heat and air (heat pump.) It easily sleeps 12 (and more in the lower level with kids in sleeping bags.) There are two televisions, DVD and VCR players and other games. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are two refrigerators for family use. 248 Allendale is easily accessed from I-77, close to the state park and restaurants by land or water and is situated in a nice family neighborhood, making it easy for you to join us at the lake.
