THIS PICTURE OF FROM THE DECK OUTSIDE THE LOFT, TOWARDS THE OCEAN, TAKEN MID-MORNING IN THE WINTER. THE BEACH IS JUST BEHIND THE HOUSES AT THE BACK OF THE PICTURE.
MASTER BEDROOM KING BED PHOTO, LOOKING TOWARDS THE BATHROOM. BOTH THE MBR
AND ADJOINING BATH ARE BEACHY, BRIGHT, FRESH, AND CLEAN. WE HAVE MANY
EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. ALL OF OUR BEDSPREADS ARE OF RECENT PURCHASE
AND ARE CLEAN AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
The first picture above is from the front door looking across the living room
area to the kitchen. You can see the stairway to the loft. On the
right wall in the loft is a desk with the computer, printer, copier, fax machine
and telephone. There is a door to an upper level porch overlooking the
canal. Also in the loft is a couch, tv, a fold-up drafting table, and a
Play Station Video Game Computer. You can see the dining room table with 4
chairs. This is a nice-sized table with leaf and will seat 6 (we have a
couple of spare chairs in the bedrooms). The doorway to the left is an
opening to a hallway containing 2 bedrooms and a full bath between them.
The second photo is from the loft overlooking the den sitting area where
there is ample seating for 8. The 27 inch cable color tv (with vcr) is
just in front of the door. There is a large picture window with
mini-blinds and an overhead ceiling fan..
The third photo of the kitchen shows the hunter green counter tops and 3
barstools. All appliances are fairly new and bright white in color.
You cannot see the refrigerator just to the right, but it is a nice size and has
an ice maker. In the kitchen is a microwave (on the bar) as well as elec.
can opener, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The window over the
sink overlooks the waterway. The kitchen is nicely furnished with ample
pots and pans and the full array of utensils, silverware, and dishes, and
includes a blender and crock pot. For the family who likes to cook, you
will be very pleased with its furnishings, nice size, and closeness to the
family members in the den, on the deck, or out on the boat dock.
The first 2 pictures in the 3-set immediately above are from the BR#4, which
is the back bedroom on the left side of the house. This bedroom has a bunk
set and an extra twin. The window overlooks the canal waterway. In
the second photo we have a full bookshelf of games, vcr videos, and books.
You will find the items offer a wide variety of fun things for family members of
all ages to enjoy during your indoor time. The third photo above (pardon
the poor lighting) is in our loft towards an exit, which opens to an upper level
deck, overlooking the canal waterway.
