All  above are recently constructed homes, or have been recently refurbished.  Click on any of the pictures for more info.  Rents peak in the upper 3000's.  All homes across street from the beach.  All have at least 5br and 5 ba.  3 have elevators.  All are top shelf.  All of the above homes have high speed wireless internet.  All of the above are approximately 2500 square feet.
 
We also have a great shotgun style home that has been refurbished, and a brand new private pool added.  It rents for much less., is a great cottage, with a very short walk to the beach and Ocean Views. Also below is a great 5br-5ba home upscale home with a recently added pool.  Both of these options are very economical options that include the private pool.  Both are second row homes and have some ocean views.
