GOLF CARTS AT OCEAN ISLE ARE TAGGED VEHICLES.  THE CART WILL GO 20-25MPH.  IT IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH HORN, BREAK LIGHTS, WINDSHIELD WIPER,  BLINKERS, AND SEAT BELTS.

UNDER N.C. LAW, CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR SEAT BELTS.  GOLF CART CAPACITY IS 4. 

ONLY CONTRACT SIGNERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE THE GOLF CART. 

RENTER CERTIFIES THEY HAVE INSURANCE AND UNDERSTAND THEIR AUTO INSURANCE APPLIES, AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE.

GOLF CART IS NOT ALLOWED OVER ISLAND BRIDGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

GOLF CART RENTAL PERIOD, FOR WEEKLY RENTERS, ENDS FRIDAY AT 2:00 PM.  WE INSPECT THE CART EACH WEEK.  SOMEONE WILL COME BY TO PICK IT UP.  SO, YOUR GOLF CART RENTAL PERIOD IS 6 DAYS.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE STUDENTS, OR ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD, TO BE DRIVING THE GOLF CART.  IF THIS RULE IS VIOLATED, OR, IF THE GOLF CART INCURS ANY MOVING VIOLATION CITATIONS, ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS PAID WITH THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED.
