the information above is correct and make any changes necessary. THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL
AGREEMENT COVERED UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED
BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR
TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS IF SPECIFIC RULES ARE VIOLATED.
YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION
OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE
OF THE AGREEMENT AND TERMS HEREIN. Note:
Should there be any contradictions between this document and any other
information presented on any website regarding the rental of 627 Kings Trail Drive, Sunset Beach, NC, this document shall take precedence.

DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS
CONFIRMATION,
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT Please
read and fill out the entire document and return all 3 pages to
us with a $300 Security Deposit plus 50% of the agreed upon Rental Fee.
Balance of rent plus cleaning fee must be received not later than 3 weeks
before the first day of the designated rental period.
Checks should be made payable to: Gail
Didsbury and mailed to 1100 Bearglades Lane, Raleigh NC
27615. A $40 fee will be
charged for any returned checks. You
may want to make a copy of the document for your records. Cancellations
made prior to final rental payment due date will be refunded, less a $200
service charge. Security
Deposits will be refunded if the property is left in satisfactory condition and
RULES and REGULATIONS have been
adhered to. Keys must be mailed
back to owner(Gail Didsbury 1100 Bearglades Lane, Raleigh, NC 27615) before the security deposit is released.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of keys and satisfactory
inspection of the property. Long
term renters (in excess of one month) may be subject to different requirements
than outlined above, so contact us if you fall into that category. 627
