WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS, GENERALLY SPEAKING, EXCEPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Some of our property owners have made exceptions in non-peak periods, depending on the specifics of the dog/guests.  It is possible this will be allowed, under the right circumstances.  All of the property owners want to know their property is being well cared-for.  All of the property owners want to rent their property, too.  If pet situations are considered, it is approached very conservatively, for all the obvious reasons.  

When exceptions have been made, they are between Sept and April, and only then for a single small crate-trained dogs that are non-shedding.  

There is a doggie boarding place about 6 miles from our house.  We visited it and it was clean and the owners friendly.  You can leave your dog and visit or take for the day.  This might be an option for those who cannot leave their pet behind.  Diamond Kennels.  We have the info on the place if you would like.

Under no circumstances are cats allowed in any of the properties.
