We have grown from 3 properties in 2002, to 22 properties in 2005, plus a few other places in the mountains and the lake.   We have now owned our home at 32 Newport since 1999, and have been renting it very successfully for the entire period.  We also generate a lot of referral business for our family of property owners, which will be over $200,000 in total rent for the 2005 year, for all properties combined.  The web site receives 25,000-30,000 hits per year and we are well listed on all the major search engines.   At this point, we have no plans to take on more than 25 OIB properties, in total.  It is important that any new properties complement the others.  Everything on the web site is either of newer construction, or has been renovated.  Every property has up-to-date furniture, amenities, and decor. 

WE ARE SEEKING PROPERTY OWNERS WHO ARE ALSO IN THIS FOR THE LONG TERM, WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR PROPERTIES, AND WHO WISH TO BE INVOLVED IN THE RENTAL PROCESS. 

IN GENERAL, OUR PRICING WILL BE 1/4 TO 1/2 OF WHAT IS BEING CHARGED BY THE OTHER LOCAL REAL ESTATE COMPANIES.  WITH US, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND WE EFFICIENTLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY DELIVER OUTSTANDING SERVICE.  WITH A LOCAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY, IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT WHEN YOU PAY  THE 20%++, (DON'T FORGET TO COUNT THE INSPECTION FEES, THE RESERVATION FEES, AND THE PROFIT THEY MAKE FOR WHIRLWIND CLEANING), YOU ARE GETTING MUCH LESS THAN YOU PAY FOR.  WE THINK THAT THIS IS PARTICULARLY TRUE OF THE OWNER WHO WISHES AND IS WILLING TO HAVE SOME INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROCESS, AND WISHES TO PERSONALLY ENSURE THEIR PROPERTY IS WELL CARED-FOR.
