Very quiet East End Ocean Front Vacation Rental Home, recently renovated and redecorated, freshly painted interior, new flooring/carpet and new dishwasher, including a very well-equipped kitchen.

This home has 3  CCTV's and a DVD player.  Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and there is a  nice covered porch overlooking the beach and ocean.  There is also a convenient outside shower with hot and cold water.  (large oceanfront covered deck w/porch furniture and backside deck w/views of the Intracoastal Waterway)

1 TV's- living room 27" CCTV and  DVD  and in Master front bedroom - 19"CCTV (Premium Cable-70+channels, no HBO)

Both waterside bedrooms  have  19" CCTV's.

Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason.  The Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane), unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
