PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The back of this home is directly fronted on a canal waterway.  These canals are manmade.  Some of the older canals have natural edges, and the newer ones have nicer concrete sides to them.  46 Pender  is on one of the concrete canals, with deep water,  and can handle boat travel, even at low tide. This canal waterway is tied into the Intracoastal Waterway a short distance away.  At Ocean Isle Beach, there is a "beach access"  street every several blocks.  Pender Street is one street over from beach access Leland St.  The 46 Pender is about 700 yards from the beach, but the 6-seater included golf cart is a delight.  The upper deck loft has wonderful views of the  Intracoastal Waterway.  

This is a spectacular home that has been professionally decorated and will provide a very pleasant setting for you and your family to create a memorable vacation.

Pender is in a very quiet and peaceful part of the island, as well, making this an outstanding spot for a family group of all ages.    The home is located in the east central part of the island, about 14 blocks from the main island road.    

The home is upscale and first class.  Hardwoods, tray ceilings, ceramic tile, granite, and stainless appliances are just the start.  The golf cart included seats 6 and is luxury and you will greatly enjoy it.  Large game room on ground level, finished and cooled.  With great ping pong table. 

On the main floor (middle level) are 2 bedrooms.  Each has a private bath.  The violet room has a Queen bed and twin and is on streetside left.  It has 30" HTDV and walkin standup shower.    Bedroom #2  (yellow) on main level is streetside right, has King Bed with private full bath with shower.  These 2 bedrooms separated by completely different access with nice privacy.   Main (middle) level sleeps 4 adults but up to 5, including children.

On the upper level are 3 bedrooms and separate loft.  Bedroom #3 on the upper level is the Master Suite with king bed and large bay windows overlooking the waterway (right side of house).  Room is yellow and has HDTV is very large with walkin shower and double sinks.   Bedroom #4 on upper level left streetside and has 2 bunk sets in it one of which is also a trundle, sleeping up to 5.  Full Bath on private hallway outside bedroom with tub/shower.  Bedroom #5 on upper level streetside left is the green room and has a Queen bed, with its own private bath and 30" HDTV.  The upper level sleeps 6 adults, but up to 9, including children.

There is bedding for 15 to accommodate different types of group mixes, but the total house capacity is 13. 

The 46 Pender has a nice fenced yard on the waterside and a large private dock.  The yard has been professionally landscaped with sprinkler system, and is full of a nice thick grass, comfortable to bare feet and most important.. no stickers.  Outside underneath house is a nice gas grill on a stamped concrete patio, another nice touch on this exquisite home.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and disposal, all stainless.  The dining room table seats 8-10  with extra seating for 4 at the bar.  There is a very spacious great room with lot's of seating and 60" smart HDTV (if you have Netflix, you will be able to login and watch on this TV).  In wall Stereo system. 

Overlooking the great room is a loft with desk that is a great work area for your computer, or sit on the couch while enjoying the waterway view and being a part of the action below.  

Some of the great features included with the price are... golf cart, bikes, kayak, private dock with seating, ladder for canal swimming, floats, beach chairs, great deck seating on street side and canal side, 7tvs, DVD players, board games and card games. The Ping Pong and Foosball table in the large gameroom make this a great place for family fun.  These extras all provide a nice touch for families and make 46 Pender a great value and a great family choice. 

5 bedrooms plus game room on ground level with foldout double bed (6 sleeping areas)  - 2 kings, 2 Queens, 1 Twin,  2 Bunk sets with 1 trundle, foldout double bed.  All bedrooms have TV's.  If group is all adults or grown persons, there is a sublimit of 2 adults/grown persons per bedroom.
