Featuring five bedrooms (two master suites) and five baths plus study - will sleep 18 comfortably with two kings, four doubles, and four twin beds (two bunk bed sets), and pull-out sleeper sofa; Large family room, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, mini-bar with sink, and dedicated ice maker. For those folks who need to stay in touch with the rest of the world, a personal computer running Windows XP with high speed Internet access is also available.  This truly exquisite top-shelf home has an XM stereo system throughout the house, with speakers all over the house, including all exterior deck and pool areas.  Controls are readily accessible from several locations in the home.

This beautiful home also features a screened porch with outside dining and a wraparound, first-floor deck with full, second-floor decks front and back really setting this house apart from the rest.

Cleaning Fee of $130 is extra.  Sales tax of 10.75% is extra.  There are no reservation fees.  Surcharges may apply during Holiday periods that fall in offseason periods.  Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during offseason periods.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee is required and in addition to all pricing.   Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason.
