PICTURES OF ISLAND PARK COTTAGE 36 ATLANTIC WAY
The pictures above were taken late afternoon in January 2004. You can see the sun on the front side. This home has a nice covered entrance. Grass is brown due to time of year; however, owner is planning a landscaping project that will "dress out" this already very nice home.
In the set above, taken Jan. 2004, you first see the Intercoastal Waterway in the distance behind the new home, under construction. The second photo shows underneath the house, and the large covered parking areas. The third picture shows the shaded afternoon deck and a view of the canal behind the house, looking towards the ocean a few hundred yards away. The last picture is taken at the beach near the house, from behind the dunes, looking towards the surf.
In the above set is the Master Bedroom Queen Bed on the Main Floor. There is a full very large bathroom on the first floor with entrances from the hallway and the Master Bedroom. Bedroom #2 is also on the first floor. It has 2 bunk sets (4 beds) of recent purchase, but photo is not shown (will add one, soon). On the second floor is Bedroom #3 and is the second photo above. The last photo is Bedroom#4, which is also upstairs. Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds and private full baths.
The 3-set above shows the combination living, dining, and kitchen great room from 3 different vantage points. This is very spacious and allows your family group to spread out as needed.
