Description

This is a very spacious home with over 2000 square feet, including a very large living area on the main floor and a second living area on the upper level.  The living area on the upper level is a very nice and large space and includes a private porch balcony and nice view of the canal waterway.This home has a screened porch, and outside a picnic table, hammock, and swing.  The back yard is fully fenced and there is bench seating on the private dock.

There is plenty of seating for dining, including a large kitchen bar with seating for 4.  The countertops are solid surface and the kitchen is cheery and bright.
