Living room : two full size sofa's and chair from this end up -newly recovered. one rocking chair. tv with vcr and cable, ceiling fan
Kitchen: fully stocked utensils, plates etc. toaster oven, microwave, two toasters, coffee pot. Solid surface countertops with four stools , ceiling fan
Dining room has seating for 8 and also a puzzle table .
Back porch: two rockers on screened in porch-- two benches on outer deck.
Under house:    swing, hammock, charcoal grill, and picnic table, fenced yard with locking gate to dock
Master bedroom:    king size bed, two dressers, wicker chair, tv with cable, ceiling fan
2nd bedroom downstairs:     1 queen, 1 single, wicker chair -ceiling fan
Upstairs 1st bedroom:    1 dble, 1 single, tv with cable, door to outer deck (deck has four chairs) ocean views, wicker chair, ceiling fan
Upstairs 2nd bedroom:    1 double, 2 singles, wicker chair, ceiling fan
Loft:    two single beds with drawers underneath containing puzzles & children's games, TV with Sega and Nintendo systems  with approx 40 - 50 games from which to choos(nothing violent) also game table with chairs, ceiling fan.
Bathrooms:    2 full baths (between each upper and lower bedrooms) and 1/2 bath off of loft.
Recent upgrades:     painted living areas and master bedroom, and kitchen.

General layout description:

Kitchen living area combination room, with  master BR and one other nice sized bedroom on main floor. These 2 BR share a full bath.  

There is a second level with 2 BR and and cubby area to the rear of the house outside of one of the bedrooms.  There is also a balcony to outside off front BR.   The 2 upstairs BR's share a full bath, plus there is a half bath near the loft cubby area.

There is a Graco Pack and Play port-a-crib in the master bedroom closet.  It has not been used much and is in excellent shape.

The home is equipped with premium cable service.   Every room has a ceiling fan, including the top level cubby.   There is an outside shower under the house with privacy dressing area, with hot and cold water.  Under the house there is a hammock and picnic table.  The back yard is fenced.  There is also a swing.  There is a large charcoal grill under the house.  There is a large pine tree that helps shade the area.  There is a nice large deck area to the rear of the house, including a screened in area, with ample deck furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including solid surface counter tops with built-in sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, dishwasher, blender, mixer,  a full assortment of glassware, including wine glasses,  with enough full place settings to handle 15 people.
