Walk to town from this upscale - 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath ocean view beach house with PRIVATE POOL!!  This pool is one of a very select few that is heated (extra charge) and can be comfortably used in the off season.  This is a great offseason choice, as well as great summer choice.

Walk to restaurants, mini golf, waterslide and tennis. Beach access is so close at Monroe Street - just 2 houses away! Enjoy your private pool with spa jets right in your own backyard.

This property has 2 family rooms - so let the kids have their own space!! One family room is a game room -  This home has  a BUMPER POOL TABLE that converts to a POKER TABLE & a FOOSBALL TABLE !!  It has a High Speed internet hookup for your laptop.  The 3 bikes included are a nice touch.

Decor is clean fresh and open.  Everyone loves it.

This house is top shelf in everyway -granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans throughout, TV's w/ DVD in every bedroom. You won't find anything nicer than this gem.

Add 12.75% sales tax to all rentals. CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RENTALS.  Add $150 cleaning fee to NIGHTLY  rentals. Option to Heat Pool $50/night (must heat for full stay - We start heat the night before you arrive) Prices subject to change without notice. 2 day minimum for daily rentals.

There are no reservation fees.  Surcharges may apply during Holiday periods that fall in offseason periods.  Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during offseason periods.

Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason.  The Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane), unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
