PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The "Shore Thing" Beach House with solid surface floors thoughout and a very pleasant granite kitchen that is open to the spacious seating area.  43" HDTV in great room and an HDTV in every bedroom.  The Shore Thing features lots of outdoor space with covered shaded area underneath with nice seating and table.  Screened porch off great room and 2 other outdoor deck areas.   Large dining area in great room with dining table for 8, plus 3 more seats at the nearby kitchen bar.

The bedrooms have nice separation and privacy and the open floor plan is very comfortable for small family groups.  One of the nice features of the home is the two king beds, one on each level.

Fully equipped home including beach chairs and toys and 2 bicycles.

This home features a great amenity list, including High Speed Wireless internet.

The house main floor has an open floor plan with an outstanding kitchen and large bar area with seating. 

If you are looking for a nice place at a very good price and very close to the beach, this is it.

No Pets and no Smoking.  No student groups or adult chaperoned groups of students.  Minimum contract age is 25.

Bedding: 2 BR Main -K, Q/D and on upper level 2br- K and Q

Bathrooms- 1st Floor bedrooms share a JacknJill bath with shower tub.  Also a 1/2 bath on main level.  Upper level - Both bedrooms have en suite

CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN ALL WEEKLY RENTALS.  FOR PARTIAL WEEKS, THE CLEANING FEE IS $210 AND IS ADDED TO ALL (less than full week) PRICING ABOVE. .  Sales tax of 12.75.  3 NIGHT MINIMUM in off season. 

There are no reservation fees.  Off-season holidays require a three night minimum and may be subject to a higher rate. Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during offseason periods.

The Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane), unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
