This old-style cottage has real pine floors and knotty-pine walls (not the cheap paneling you find in many homes).  The furnishings are completely updated and it is as quaint as they come.  A great economical ocean front choice for the small family.  

Located about 1 mile from the small central business district, it is a nice walk to town, yet, is very quiet and peaceful with your private access walkway to the beach that seems like your own.  When you are looking at Ocean Front, you do NOT want to be next to the beach accesses, and this home is far enough away (3 houses over from Goldsboro St. access) to truly give you a private beach atmosphere.

Master Bedroom has 1 twins pushed together to make a king bed. They can be separated to make 2 twins.    There is an extra daybed in the Master Bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom.  There is a double sleeper sofa in the living area. 

This one books very early each year, so plan now for the next year.
