DESCRIPTION
"Hakuna Matata" is
a new, gorgeously decorated, very clean, vacation house.
No Worries just like the song. Located on a direct
access street to the beach (300 yards), this property
sits on a canal that opens to the inland waterway. Bring
your boat and fish, clam, crab, ski, jet-ski, without
agonizing where to park your boat. We have water
at the dock at all tide levels.
Canal: 4 bedrooms with loft (Q, Q, 2D, 1 D/S
bunk, QSS in loft) 2 1/2 bath. Central H/A, ceiling
fans, microwave, D/W, W/D, 2 CCTVs, VCR, DVD, phone,
outside shower, covered, screened, and sun decks,
floating dock.
This is a well maintained,
2400 square foot home. Bedding arrangement are two
queens, two fulls, and bunk - one full and one twin. The
loft area (upstairs den) has a queen sofabed. This is a
great place for the children to watch TV, play games and
foosball. Owner loves to cook so the kitchen is fully
stocked with all necessities and there is a Weber Grill.
There is a screened porch and covered deck on the canal
side with a rocking chair front porch street side. After
you fish there is a stand near dock for cleaning your
catch. You will never want to leave the outside shower
after a day at the beach. It includes dressing area
also.

This home rents Sat-Sat Jun-Aug and is not available for
rental in other months. All weekly prices include cleaning fee. Cleaning fee
is $130. Sales tax of 10.75% is extra. Cleaning fee
added on partial week rentals.
There are no reservation fees. Surcharges
may apply during Holiday periods that fall in offseason periods.
Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during
offseason periods.
Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason. The
Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane),
unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
