DESCRIPTION

Views abound at this whimsically
decorated, new in 2006, house located within easy access
to the beach. This home is located in the central
part of the island, where there are only houses. The
beach is not crowded, even in July.
The nearest beach access is about a 2 minute walk
away. The nearest handicapped (with ramp)
beach access is 3/10 of 1 mile away. Whether you choose to take in the views of the surf, or
watch the sunset, this house provides something for
everyone. The
elevator makes moving in and getting around a breeze and
the built-in swimming pool makes cooling off a blast.
With a reverse floor plan, two living rooms, gas
fireplace in second floor living room, kitchen with
granite countertops, wet bar on first floor, screened in
porch on second level, decks on both the front and back,
high-speed internet access and an outside shower and
grill, this house provides the perfect backdrop for a
memorable vacation.
In addition, the house has lots of CCTV’s and DVD’s,
two VCR’s, stereo system with speakers both inside and
out, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and central
heat and air.
There are 7 CCTV's. The one upstairs is a
LCD flatscreen approx 26 inches in size. The TV in
the 1st LR is 19 inches (or maybe 24) in size. The
TV in the 1st floor MBR is 19 inches. The TV in
the 1st floor queen bedroom is 19 inches. The
other three TVS are 14 inches. All of the TVS in
the bedrooms have DVDs built in. The TV in the
queen bedroom has a VCR as well. There is a
separate DVD/VCR unit on the first floor and the system
upstairs includes a stereo and sep DVD player.
There is also a video game (Play Station II).
The house sleeps 16 with five
bedrooms and 5 ½ baths.
Beds include two kings, one queen, one trapeze
(with twin trundle), two full and one queen sleeper.
This is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental.

This home rents Sat-Sat Jun-Aug and Sun-Sun in other
months.
All weekly prices include cleaning fee. Cleaning fee
is $130. Sales tax of 10.75% is extra. Cleaning fee
added on partial week rentals.
There are no reservation fees. Surcharges
may apply during Holiday periods that fall in offseason periods.
Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during
offseason periods.
Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason. The
Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane),
unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
THE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT ON THIS PROPERTY IS $400,
WHICH IS DUE WITH ALL BOOKINGS.
