THE FIRST 2 PHOTOS BELOW ARE THE CANALSIDE (FIRST) AND STREETSIDE (SECOND) OF 20 RAEFORD STREET.

In the first picture you see the private dock. Private dock has benches. The decking is expansive and partially covered. This home gets morning sun on the waterside and afternoon shade. The afternoon shade on the waterside of the house will be something all will appreciate in the summer. The morning sun is refreshing, while the day is still cool. The streetside photo above shows the private balconies and very ample parking with easy access to the house.

THIS PICTURE IS FROM THE BACK DECK TOWARDS THE OCEAN, TAKEN IN THE AFTERNOON. THE BEACH IS JUST BEHIND THE HOUSES AT THE BACK OF THE PICTURE.	This is the private dock in the backyard.




The upper level Jack and Jill full bathroom is spacious and refrershing.	This extra 1/2 bath is on the main level and keeps the masses out of the bedroom baths.
	All kitchen appliances are up-to-date - we have d/w, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, can opener, ample pots and pans - this kitchen is fully equipped in every way
The above pictures show the living area, kitchen and dining areas from various angles. Inside, there is a spacious kitchen with Bar Seating for 3. The dining table comfortably seats 8.

The loft area is outside of the upper level bedrooms and is a great extra private space for the extended family, and includes games, TV, and VCR. The second photo above is from the loft showing a different view of the very large great room.

The master bedroom on upper level features a queen bed (left) and is cheery and bright. Master bedroom to be moved to main level after Jul 4. The photo to the right is the upper waterside bedroom and currently has a double and twin in it. This will be changed after Jul 4.

The above 2 bedrooms will be reconfigured beginning Jul 4. The twin bed set (above left) is on main level waterside. This is where the Master suite will be. The green bedroom is shown from its entrance from the main level great room and is streetside on main level.

Raeford Street is a direct beach access street and one of the few beach accesses that is Handicap Access (no steps).	The owners give you access to their storage area that includes bikes, grill, and other great beach stuff.
