PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Family Tides Beachhouse is a very nice 4 Bedroom Home It is in a great location in the central part of the island, one mile from the main road.  Leland is a beach access street.  This home is only 250 yards from the beach access.  Furnishings are fresh and regularly updated.  This is a great value choice with nice space so very close to the beach.  You can hear the surf from the house. 

The bedrooms have nice separation and privacy and the open floor plan is very comfortable for small family groups.  Very economical choice.

This home features a great amenity list, including High Speed Wireless internet.

This canal waterfront home has a private dock with bench seats and a very nice fish cleaning station.  Fully fenced in backyard on waterside of house with latch gate to the private dock.

The house main floor has an open floor plan with an outstanding kitchen and large bar area with seating.  There are four large bedrooms with queen beds in 3  and a double bed and  bunk set in a large fourth bedroom. There is a front and back sun deck with dining tables and lounge chairs on both.  Two porch swings on ground level and covered. It has 3 bathrooms for your comfort as well as an outdoor shower.  The decor and furnishings are current and update.  Recent facelift to entire inside of house.  You will find the 10 Leland a very comfortable home. 

The bedrooms have nice separation between them, with 1 bedroom (Queen) on upper level, 2 bedrooms on street side main level of house, and 1 bedroom on waterside main level of house.

If you are looking for a nice place at a very good price and very close to the beach, this is it.

No Pets and no Smoking.  No student groups or adult chaperoned groups of students.  Minimum contract age is 25.

Bedding: Q, Q, Q, and D with Bunk set.

CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN ALL WEEKLY RENTALS.  FOR PARTIAL WEEKS, THE CLEANING FEE IS $130 AND IS ADDED TO ALL PRICING ABOVE. .  Sales tax of 12.75.  3 NIGHT MINIMUM.

There are no reservation fees.  Off-season holidays require a three night minimum and may be subject to a higher rate. Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during offseason periods.

Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason.  The Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane), unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
